I think I should write at least something to fill the void.
The reason behind this site is pretty simple: I grew tired of seeing placeholder index.html of my web server everytime I accidentally type my domain name into the browser’s address bar.
So, I decided to search for something that generates static pages (because fuck CMS), keeps me away from all this HTML stuff and is relatively easy to use. And I found it: it’s called Jekyll.
It took some time (around 10 minutes) to figure out how to set that up and apply some fancy theme called Minimal Mistakes by Michael Rose (thank you!). In fact, it took me longer to write this post than to get that thing going.
So there’s that.
